There's big notes of cherry liquor, juicy raspberry, and a creamy chocolate fudge quality to it that will have you draining your mug in minutes. We've only got a limited quantity of this lot so be quick.
If the farm name seems familiar, it's because this is the second honey-processed lot we've roasted from Finca Medina and we continue to be mega impressed by what they produce. The farm was founded in 1842 on 100 hectares of land in the foothills of the Agua volcano on the outskirts of Antigua, Guatemala City. Finca Medina combines modern technology with traditional techniques. Each batch is evaluated in the laboratory to verify the traceability, quality, fragrance, aroma, flavour, balance, and sweetness.
