Our flagship house blend is a crowd-pleasing, versatile coffee crafted to perform: straightforward, satisfying, and quietly complex. Designed to feel right at home behind the espresso bar in your favourite cafe or on your own kitchen counter, it's a coffee you can rely on day in, day out. 

Roasted with balance and drinkability in mind, expect layers of smooth milk chocolate, subtle nutty hints, and a sweet lift of berry and stone fruit notes. It's full-bodied without being heavy and carries just enough brightness to keep things lively. As espresso, it's bold, syrupy, and comforting with a clean finish; as a filter, it opens up into a rich, rounded brew with loads of depth. 

Boilermaker is the kind of coffee that works hard and tastes great doing it. It represents what Downriver is all about: approachable, but far from ordinary.
